Thank you to Kevin & Cindy Bradford for flawlessly completing the addition of our lanai extension. We had postponed this project For a bit, but when we finally got our hot tub, it was go time. We knew we were going to have advanced screen services do the work and they processed the application with the HOA and kept to their promised Timeline we couldn’t be happier with the quality product and Installation process There might’ve been another family member or two doing the installation But their teamwork made our dream work ! what can I say about Kevin!! Everything good! I have been using Advanced Screen Services for I believe 5 years now. Kevin has been amazing with his both his service and his knowledge. Our pool cage looks almost like new after a refresh from the team at Advanced Screen Services. Every rusty screw has been replaced and new — and much better — anchor ties were installed. Kevin Bradford did a great job re-screening and frame repair of our pool cage following Hurricane Ian. We called the day of the storm and in five days our pool cage was better than new . When I state better than new it is in reference to the extra upgrades Advanced Screen Services did to the frame. He added brackets to the areas that broke during the storm with the hope that it will stay together during the next storm . One other great reason to deal with Kevin is in the fact that he warranties all of his work . He had to replace both doors after the storm with new . We found that one of the new door’s locking handle did not work correctly. I called and Kevin came over and replaced the assembly. I found by talking to others and by my own experience that Kevin’s pricing is the best and the he only uses quality material. See more See less
